Want to stay active on the job while securing excellent local pay? We are seeking professional Class A CDL drivers for a local delivery role out of Fredericksburg, VA. This position combines regional driving with active freight management, making it perfect for drivers who like to stay moving.
Key Job Duties:
- Active Delivery: Manage freight loading and unloading at dedicated facility stops throughout VA and MD using an electric pallet jack . Reload returns back to the main distribution center.
- Daily Schedule: Home daily! 5-day schedule (includes weekends) with 2 consecutive days off. Night shifts run 12-14 hours with start times from 7 PM to 9 PM.
- Equipment: 53' trailers pulled by automatic transmission trucks.
Pay & Benefits:
- Weekly Average: $1,670 - $1,735 (CPM + Load and Stop Pay)
- Weekly Volume: Steady 1,300 average miles per week.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of recent, verifiable experience.
- Must own a reliable personal vehicle to commute to the facility daily.
- Ability to handle physical touch freight using an electric pallet jack.
