Remote Social Media & Marketing Specialist

**We are seeking a fully independent, proven remote Social Media and Marketing Specialist.**

This is a true _plug-and-play_ role — you must bring experience, creativity, and results-driven marketing skills without requiring training. If you’re a proactive professional who can take ownership of campaigns from day one, we want to hear from you. This role is for a our Property Management client.

### Responsibilities

* **Video Editing & Content Creation** – Produce engaging, high-quality videos, graphics, and visuals for multiple platforms.
* **Social Media Management** – Plan, create, schedule, and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc., while monitoring and driving engagement.
* **Blog Writing & Copywriting** – Craft compelling, SEO-friendly blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
* **Marketing Campaign Coordination** – Plan and execute campaigns for promotions, launches, and events.
* **Website Management** – Update and maintain content on CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
* **Analytics & Reporting** – Track performance via Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and adjust strategy based on results.
* **Paid Ads Management** – Run, optimize, and report on campaigns in Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
* **Brand Strategy** – Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visuals across all channels.
* **Community Engagement** – Respond to comments, messages, and reviews professionally, fostering strong relationships with followers.
* **Graphic Design** – Create polished, on-brand visuals using Canva or Adobe Suite.
* **SEO & Keywords** – Optimize blog posts, website content, and social media for visibility.
* **Email Marketing** – Manage email lists, design campaigns, and analyze engagement metrics.
* **Project Management** – Stay organized, meet deadlines, and coordinate across internal teams.

### Requirements

* Proven track record managing **end-to-end digital marketing campaigns** independently.
* Strong skills in **video editing, graphic design, and copywriting**.
* Demonstrated success in growing engagement and brand presence across platforms.
* Ability to analyze data and pivot strategies for maximum ROI.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
