Allied Staffing is looking for detail-oriented and dedicated individuals to serve as Exam Proctors for a range of testing environments. The role is crucial in ensuring the integrity and security of exams in various educational and professional settings.

Job Summary:
The Exam Proctor is responsible for overseeing the examination process, ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately, and maintaining a secure and conducive testing environment. This includes monitoring students, enforcing rules, and providing any necessary assistance during exams.

**Key Responsibilities:**


**Monitoring Exams:**
- Supervise the examination area to ensure compliance with exam rules and regulations.
- Observe test-takers for any signs of academic dishonesty or disruptive behavior.
- Maintain a neutral and professional demeanor while overseeing the testing process.


**Setup and Preparation:**
- Prepare the exam room before testing begins, including arranging seating and distributing materials.
- Ensure that all necessary supplies (e.g., pencils, test booklets) are available for test-takers.


**Assistance and Support:**
- Provide clear instructions to test-takers regarding exam procedures and time limits.
- Address any questions or concerns of students during the examination while remaining impartial.


**Documentation and Reporting:**
- Accurately complete any required documentation, including attendance and incident reports.
- Report any irregularities or incidents to the appropriate authorities promptly.


**Compliance and Security:**
- Ensure all examination materials are secure before, during, and after the exam.
- Follow all established procedures to maintain the confidentiality of the exam content.

Requirements
