Key Responsibilities

As a BCBA with Go Forward ABA, you will be a vital leader in crafting and implementing effective treatment plans. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and utilizing data to design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Providing direct supervision, mentorship, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Partnering with families through ongoing, hands-on parent training to equip them with strategies for their child’s success.
• Tracking and analyzing progress using data-driven strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with the team to foster the development of daily living skills and independence.
• Work Location: This is a Hybrid role delivering services in the client's home environment.

Qualifications

To be a great fit for our mission and team, you must have:

• Active and valid BCBA certification (required).
• Current Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on ABA experience.
• A genuine passion for making a real, lasting impact in the lives of children and families.
