About the Opportunity:

Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) is partnering with a highly respected, mission-driven financial services organization to identify a Capital Forecasting & Analysis Director who will operate at the center of enterprise decision-making.

This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct exposure to senior executives, regulators, and board-level stakeholders—ideal for a leader who thrives in complex, highly regulated environments and can translate capital strategy into actionable business outcomes.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a builder + influencer role —shaping how capital strategy drives growth, risk posture, and long-term enterprise value.

What You'll Own:

• Lead enterprise-wide capital forecasting, planning, and analytics across multi-year scenarios
• Drive regulatory capital reporting, stress testing (DFAST), and risk appetite alignment
• Partner across Finance, Risk, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Business Leadership
• Influence capital allocation, pricing assumptions, and returns optimization strategy
• Deliver insights for executive committees, board reporting, and regulatory engagement
• Build and scale high-performing teams and analytical frameworks
• Lead strategic capital initiatives including capital optimization and long-term capitalization targets

What We're Looking For:

• 12+ years in financial services with deep expertise in:
  • Capital planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Basel frameworks, stress testing (DFAST), and regulatory environments
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong track record of executive communication and board-level engagement
• Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
