Program Overview
About The Role
This position is an integral part of a restricted customer's department-level front office - directly supporting the Chief of Staff in two primary areas of responsibility: data policy and compliance (50%), and organizational governance (50%). The department plans and implements top-tier technical collection operations involving unique application of advanced technologies, methodologies, and partnerships, and is resourced to sustain a portfolio of operations going forward.
This position is categorized as an "Engineering Operations Integrator (EOI)" - in reflection of the hybrid, cross-domain requirements of the front office / Chief of Staff role, and its inter-relationships with the client's engineering and operations divisions, as well as analytic and research partners across the wider community.
The department's management cadence is dynamic and relatively fluid as necessitated by shifts in mission prioritization, opportunity cost, and risk mitigation; the unit functions as part of a larger set of partnerships having complementary, multi-disciplinary expertise as related to the client's primary mission objectives.
Responsibilities include Front Office / Chief of Staff daily cadence involving issues that stem from:
- data policy implementation and compliance-based reporting and oversight;
- internally-focused department-level governance involving collaborative, multi-player decision-making, communications and follow-up; sustain institutional memory and context for future decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
Additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
TS/SCI with Poly required.
Familiarity with modern telecommunications is a plus, as is familiarity with data compliance oversight and management relating to data-rich technical collection capabilities.
Familiarity with organizational governance models that enable sound, collaborative decisions is also a plus as the unit pursues an aggressive set of operational challenges that involve program-level milestones and performance objectives.
Prior experience in establishing an effective governance model for a department-level organization is desired.

Details
Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
