Executive Assistant (Operations) Location Fort Belvoir, VA : Pioneers. Innovators. Professionals. Our innovative analytical methodology helps identify key variables indicative of illicit use or planned illicit use technologies. TechINT Solutions Group is currently seeking a Functional SME to join our Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) - Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Fort Belvoir team. Job# TI1071 : Responsible for executing typical responsibilities for SME area to include providing advice to program planning and execution, providing expertise to training initiatives, and reviewing, providing advice on acquisition packages and performer execution reviews, and develop, write, and edit formal and informal reports and communications documenting or advertising CTR progress. Desire former experience with DOS, DoD, or DTRA CTR-like programs. Daily tasks:
  • Submit weekly Significant Act report to A&AS lead for SE-PI Sandy Pidgeon
  • Capture meeting notes
  • Coordinate and Schedule OE Meetings
  • Coordinate assessment team logistics
  • Ensure team members address all pre-trip travel requirements
  • Lead collection of pre-trip reference materials (Trip books and such)
  • Make copies and build Trip books for the OE team
  • Build Trip Itinerary in ATRIP for Military/Government Personnel and Subject Matter Expert contractors
  • Draft Memos
  • Collect, collate, and consolidate notes and observations during assessments
  • Serve as accountability individual during assessments identify DTRA provided equipment and take pictures of serial numbers and overall equipment
  • Lead drafting of non-technical trip reports
  • Write the Authorities/background portion of the Final OE report
  • Collect data for prioritization process
  • Execute annual update of the Prioritization Score Card
  • Pull relevant country information for the Subject matter Experts for review prior to the conducting of the OE
Requirements : Candidates must possess an active Top Secret clearance. Minimum 3 years of experience and a BA/BS. Capable of working with minimal oversite as a functional subject matter expert demonstrating expertise in ONE: (1) : of the following areas:
    • Foreign Affairs and/or Policy Specialist
    • Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician
  • - Communication Specialist - Writing, Public Relations, Visual, Graphics/Photo Editor
    • Human Resource Specialist
