As a Full-Time Patient Coordinator at Westover Family Dentistry, you will be the welcoming point of contact for our valued patients, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. Your daily tasks will include greeting patients with warmth and professionalism, efficiently copying Photo IDs and Insurance Cards, and providing new patient forms to ensure a smooth onboarding process. You will confirm dental appointments, answer incoming phone calls, and skillfully schedule appointments while verifying insurance eligibility.

When necessary, you'll obtain signed treatment plans, demonstrating our commitment to integrity and excellence. Eventually, your role will involve checking out patients, ensuring their visit concludes on a positive note. To thrive as a Full-Time Patient Coordinator at Westover Family Dentistry, you'll need a blend of essential skills and relevant experience. A minimum of one year of receptionist or office experience is preferred, with a preference for those who bring over a year of dental administrative experience. Your multitasking abilities will allow you to manage various responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy. Being comfortable with software and tools related to dental practice operations is necessary to navigate patient management and scheduling seamlessly.
