About the Role

What You'll Do

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and growth goals.
Identify new marketing opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics to drive innovation.
Lead brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external marketing-related matters.

Digital & Growth Marketing

Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Drive customer engagement and loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns.

Go-to-Market & Product Marketing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
Oversee the development of compelling product messaging, positioning, and promotional materials.
Ensure successful product launches and ongoing product marketing efforts.

Branding & Public Relations

Maintain and enhance brand reputation through strategic public relations and media outreach.
Oversee content creation, thought leadership, and brand storytelling initiatives.
Develop and implement communication strategies to reinforce company values and mission.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, partners, and media.
Promote a collaborative work environment, encouraging cross-team synergy.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of leadership experience in marketing, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and market analytics.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to influence revenue growth through strategic partnerships, channel sales, and marketing programs.
Experience in fast-paced, ever-evolving business environments.
Familiarity with key marketing software and platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce, Salesforce, Shopify, BigCommerce).
Experience working with large consultancies, agencies, or systems integrators is a plus.
