• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.
• Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
• Improve customer service operations and develop cost-effective supply chain acquisition solutions.
• Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.
• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
• Assist in proposal development, as requested.
• Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications: Required

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, engineering, analytics, or related field.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearances.
• Ability to travel up to 25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred

• Understanding of Supply Chain Management - basic knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, logistics and distribution.
• Analytical thinking - ability to analyze data and trends for better supply chain decision-making.
• Data Analysis tools - familiarity with tools like Excel, PP and basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• Technical skills - awareness of IoT technologies and their impact on supply chain efficiency and monitoring.
• Communication skills - proficiency in communicating effectively with various stakeholders within and outside the organization.
• Problem-solving - capability to identify issues and develop practical solutions in supply chain management.
• Adaptability - willingness to adapt to new challenges and changes in the supply chain environment.
