We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a fast-paced outpatient setting in Woodbridge, VA. This is a weekday-only opportunity offering a consistent schedule and a strong clinical support team.

Position Overview

The NP will evaluate and treat patients presenting with acute, non-life-threatening conditions in an ambulatory environment. Ideal candidates are confident, efficient, and comfortable managing a variety of urgent care-type presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat acute conditions including infections, minor fractures, lacerations, and sprains
  
• Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations
  
• Prescribe medications and provide clear patient education
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
  
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient flow

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory/outpatient setting ( urgent care experience preferred )
  
• Active Virginia NP license
  
• Active DEA license
  
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills
