Responsibilities

• Lead Generation
  • Cold drop ins at commercial properties - historically we win about 30% of the time and is big money if you can handle rejection to get there
  • Working our old client list
  • Door knocking - Just like Cold drop ins big commissions if you can get past rejection
• Relationship Management
  • Speaking with prospects and sold proposal about the process
• Sales Strategy Execution
  • Developing a daily activity plan so that you make what you want to!
• Reporting and Documentation

During your training period you will work with our owner to hone your skills and understand the industry. He will be your primary point of contact and mentor you.

Pay

• 5% of warm lead conversion
• 10% of Cold lead conversion
• 5% of reoccurring business every time it occurs
• Base and % of business is negotiable
• Base pay will be $1000 during training with different commissions.
