Water Mitigation Tech

Responsibilities
- Perform water, fire, smoke damage, mold remediation, and demolition tasks
- Content handling, removal and disposal of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction,
- Adhere to company processes and safety guidelines
- Promptly report equipment malfunctions and customer concerns to supervisor
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality restoration services
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency response services (every 4 weeks)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Availability for scheduled on-call rotation
- Must pass a respirator fit test and required background checks
- Experience in water mitigation or restoration is preferred for lead technician roles, but not required
Compensation
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour , depending on experience
