Mitigation Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform water, fire, smoke damage, and mold remediation services, including water extraction, pack-out of contents, removal and disposal of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction, and demolition tasks
• Adhere to company processes and safety guidelines to complete job tasks efficiently and safely
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions or customer concerns to the supervisor
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality restoration services
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency response services (every 4 weeks)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Availability for scheduled on-call rotation
• Must pass a respirator fit test and required background checks
• Experience in water mitigation or restoration is preferred for lead technician roles, but not required

Compensation

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour , depending on experience
