- Fully coordinate and collaborate on all tasks, activities, requirements and issues as they pertain to the support of the Customer
- Identify issues and adapt program plans according to the Customer feedback on program cost, performance, quality, schedule and risk.
- Develop plans and schedules, and define and document the implementation of requirements
- Use established program management procedures to monitor cost, schedule, inventory, and performance; assess variances of the plan and take necessary corrective action.
- Review and clarify contract requirements as they are dispensed from the requirements management tool, and propose cleared, qualified personnel to expeditiously fulfill the requirements
- Identify potential downstream issues that may negatively affect meeting requirements and provide recommendations to mitigate negative impacts
- Manage customer expectations with proactive, consistent and transparent communication.
- Ensure continuity of support with contractor personnel changes and approving of staffing alignments /allocations
- Interface with the CO, COTR and Government leadership on behalf of the PM, as required
- Manage and implement the PMP
- Oversee the Contractor's Environmental, Health and Safety functions, ensuring that all safe work practices are being followed
- Oversee the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures and programs
- Oversee the monitoring and inspecting of maintenance, repair and service operations for quality control and contract compliance
- Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph
- Must be a US Citizen
- 5 years or program management experience with large, complex requirements associated with operations and sustainment functions
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
- Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics
- Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment
- Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills
- Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment
- Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations
- Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects.
- PMP or equivalent, certifications in quality control or assurance, experience with managing secure facilities.
- Management experience with P&L responsibility
