Job Description:

We are currently seeking candidates for an HVAC Comfort Specialist position. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outside sales leads, providing customers with information about Nuckols Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling, presenting them with information on various HVAC products, and following up with customers to ensure they are well-informed to make informed decisions about their comfort needs. You will also be responsible for ordering equipment, running the install crews, and troubleshooting jobsite issues with the technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers at their homes to provide solutions for a wide variety of HVAC needs.
• Establish customer rapport and educate them on product and service options to fit their needs.
• Work closely with the office and installation teams to ensure an efficient, smooth process through completion.
• Develop key relationships, negotiate, and close projects.
• Be the primary contact throughout the project, including a home visit after the project is complete to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Answer questions and educate potential customer on the steps required to add products to their home.
• Keep detailed records and log all interactions and communications with potential customers in business software.
• Create sale proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be seamlessly transferred to the installation team.
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
• Relationship selling to build strong bonds with customers and earn repeat business through excellent performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of Residential HVAC Service Experience.
• Extensive knowledge of residential HVAC systems and controls.
• Skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work safely from ladders for extended periods.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
