Corporate Front Desk Professional

: Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure personnel coverage of telephones and front desk; front desk must be covered from 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Answer phones and direct calls for SMC
• Receive incoming guests and team members;
• Verbal communication with residents
• Verbal communication with team members
• Ensure access and security of suite, acting as liaison between United Security and Corporate VA
• Administer leases for accuracy and completion; send back to communities for correction and follow-up and scan leases
• Maintain SMC general email account and forward email to proper departments
• Send birthday cards to all SMC team members
• Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing tasks and assisting with projects as needed
• Comply with all Southern Management's policies and procedures
• Perform various other duties as assigned by Director and/or Supervisor

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years administrative/receptionist experience in an office environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
