Employee Relations Operations Coordinator
Sentara Health is currently seeking a full-time
Employee Relations Operations Coordinator
for the Human Resources department in Virginia Beach, VA.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Two years of related experience
- Strong Project Management or Employee Relations experience Preferred
- Intermediate PowerPoint skills preferred
Job Summary:
*Works alongside department leadership to provide consultation and education to division leaders and staff regarding policies, procedures, initiatives, and programs related to the department's function and areas of responsibility. *Participates in planning and implementation of department-initiated programs, including support for ongoing monitoring.
- Designs and prepares moderate to complex reports and creates presentations in support of department operations or special projects utilizing available business tools such as Microsoft Office applications, report writers, databases, or proprietary and/or commercial information systems.
