Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer to support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of robotic process automations using UiPath . You will be part of an agile team, working closely with business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes through automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain production-level RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose automation opportunities, and define return on investment (ROI).
• Develop RPA solutions using best practices in the Robotic Enterprise Framework.
• Support deployment in both on-premises and cloud UiPath environments.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all RPA solutions, including configuration and support procedures.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automations as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship – Mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation with a strong focus on UiPath.
• 2+ years of experience in object-oriented programming using C++, C#, VB, Python, or Java.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end automation projects independently.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Experience integrating RPA with Oracle ERP, SAP , or other enterprise systems.
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and visual presentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
