Your New Role:

As a Service Coordinator , you're the central force that keeps our operations running smoothly. You’ll be handling critical service logistics, field tech coordination, and customer experience. This role is based in Leesburg, VA .

• Customer Communication: Be the first point of contact—answering calls and helping customers with professionalism and empathy.

• Scheduling Mastery: Manage and coordinate service calls, ensuring timely and efficient technician dispatch.

• Tech Support Coordination: Collaborate with field technicians to ensure jobs are properly staffed and equipped.

• Emergency Response: Tackle urgent requests with speed and composure—making the right calls under pressure.

• Ticket Management: Log, track, and close out service tickets with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or coordination roles (preferred)

• Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Preferred: Familiarity with NetSuite and Jobber
