CityVet Virginia Beach is hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, doctor‑led team.

CityVet Virginia Beach RedMill is owned and operated by Dr. Erica Feiste, whose background includes advanced emergency surgery and critical care. She is deeply committed to mentorship and education and took a sabbatical to teach at St. George's University in Grenada, leading junior surgery courses, anesthesia labs, and classes on burnout prevention.

Dr. Feiste believes great medicine starts with supported veterinarians. She creates an environment where DVMs have both the freedom to grow and the safety net they need to succeed. Work-life balance and respect for individual needs are core to how she leads her practice.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.

• Licensed to practice in this state or eligible for licensure.

• A collaborative spirit and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

• Interest in General Practice and/or Urgent Care medicine.
