We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Shipyard Laborers to join our team. Candidates must have a valid TWIC card in hand or be eligible for renewal to access the job site. This position supports shipbuilding, repair, and maintenance projects by performing a variety of general labor duties in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled trades in ship repair, construction, and maintenance tasks
• Perform cleaning, prepping, and basic material handling duties on vessels and in the yard
• Load, unload, and move equipment, tools, and materials as directed
• Support firewatch, tank watch, and confined space operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all OSHA, shipyard, and company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Valid TWIC card in hand (or able to renew)
• Previous shipyard, construction, or industrial labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stoop, and work in physically demanding environments
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, and around heavy equipment
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

• DBIDS or active security clearance (a plus, not required)
• Basic knowledge of shipyard safety and hand tools
