The Server/Bartender plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by efficiently managing both food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a balance of hospitality skills, attention to detail, and teamwork to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service to guests
- Take and accurately process food and drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system proficiently
- Manage inventory and replenish stock as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of bar and serving areas
- Adhere to safety and health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service flow
- Recommend and upsell menu items to increase sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in hospitality or related fields
- Customer service and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Understanding of food safety standards
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
