Pay: $94,000–$115,000 / YEAR (depending on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, core hours 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Onsite for first 90 days, then hybrid
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Job Description:
The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day human resources operations while leading a small team. This role will act as a key partner to leadership, managing core HR functions such as employee relations, payroll oversight, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is hands-on, approachable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while supporting both employees and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily HR operations and supervise a team of HR professionals
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding
- Oversee payroll processes and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, resolving issues effectively and professionally
- Partner with leadership to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to employee engagement efforts and a positive workplace culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing at least 2 direct reports
- Exposure to full-cycle HR including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Experience managing end-to-end payroll processes and employee relations
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and HR systems such as Paycom or similar platforms
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred or willingness to obtain
