Front Desk Sales Associate – Elements Massage (Short Pump)
Spa Experience Required | Sales-Focused | In-Person Role

Elements Massage Short Pump is hiring a Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. This is a client-facing role with a focus on sales, service, and smooth studio operations .

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients—welcoming guests, managing appointments, and supporting membership sales. A background in a spa or wellness setting is required.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out

• Explain services and assist with membership sales

• Schedule appointments and manage client flow

• Handle payments and perform general front desk admin tasks

• Keep the studio clean, professional, and welcoming

• Support massage therapists to ensure a seamless experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous spa or wellness front desk experience is required

• Friendly, professional, and confident communicator

• Comfortable promoting wellness plans and encouraging return visits

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

• Open/close availability Friday through Tuesday

• Reliable transportation

• Starting pay: $15/hour

Flexible 8-hour and 5-hour shifts available
