Positions Available: Lead Teachers and Assistants

Responsibilities:

Lead Teachers:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Establish strong communication channels with parents and guardians.
• Conduct regular assessments to track children's developmental progress.
• Create a safe and engaging atmosphere that promotes creativity and exploration.

Assistants:

• Support lead teachers in implementing daily activities.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
• Supervise and ensure the well-being of children.
• Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive learning experience.
• Provide positive and nurturing interactions with children.

Requirements:

*All staff is required to complete a background check, fingerprint screening, and complete state-required training.

️‍ Lead Teachers:

• Experience in early childhood education.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.

Assistants:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children is a plus.
• Enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively.
