Now Hiring: Laborer / Spotter / Logistics Admin – Chesterfield, VA

Pay Rate: $15/hour | Schedule: 50–60 hours/week | Per Diem: None
Location: Chesterfield, VA | Duration: 1-Year Industrial Project (Temporary)

Fritz Staffing Group is seeking a Laborer / Spotter / Logistics Admin for a full-time, year-long industrial project in Chesterfield, VA. This is a great opportunity to join a hardworking, safety-focused crew on a high-demand jobsite. Must be local to the Chesterfield area—no per diem is available.

Job Responsibilities:

Laborer Duties:

• Assist with general labor and material handling

• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization

• Perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments

Spotter Duties:

• Monitor boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklift operations to ensure safety

• Communicate clearly with equipment operators to prevent accidents

• Remain alert and enforce site safety standards

Logistics Admin Duties:

• Support logistics operations and inventory control

• Perform basic administrative tasks using an iPad (provided)

• Help track materials and assist with documentation

Requirements:

• OSHA 10 Certification is required

• Must be local to Chesterfield, VA

• Physically capable of working long hours in various conditions

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions

• Experience in construction, spotting, or logistics is preferred, but not required

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $15/hour

• Schedule: 50–60 hours/week (overtime likely)

• Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary

• Project Duration: Approx. 12 months

• Per Diem: Not available
