The Opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy a global leader driving sustainable energy solutions and take charge of shaping the future of supply chain this dynamic role you will lead inventory and planning activities for the Local Business Unit developing and deploying Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Inventory Management best practices across the entire value chain. Your expertise will ensure alignment with global strategies while optimizing lead times inventory levels and forecast accuracy.

Youll own and run the IBP process oversee the Procure-to-Pay cycle and strengthen interfaces with GBS and Transport Management Centers. This is your chance to make a measurable impact by improving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

How Youll Make an Impact

• Lead the local Integrated Business Planning process to align demand production material and financial planning.
• Develop and maintain a single integrated rolling demand and supply plan for business execution.
• Drive end-to-end inventory optimization and reduce lead times across the value chain.
• Conduct gap analyses and implement solutions to achieve service levels at optimized inventory.
• Provide leadership in ERP best practices for inventory management and control.
• Oversee procurement execution to ensure material availability and supplier reliability.
• Guide motivate and develop your team to achieve operational excellence.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Management or Supply Chain.
• 10 years of experience in operations management or supply chain.
• 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Experience in transformer manufacturing Lean 6S certification or a Masters degree.
