Forest Hill Child Care Center is licensed by the State of Virginia and has been a part of the community for about 60 years.
We aim to:
- Provide a needed service to the community
- Encourage positive working relationships between child care center staff and parents
- Provide high quality learning experiences
Job Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
- Supervising young children in a classroom setting
- Creating and implementing lesson plans
- Maintaining a clean learning environment
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing company standards
- Communicate directly with parents to achieve success for the child
- Maintain a fun and interactive environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Satisfactory applicant background per state regulations
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
- Background in assisting Students with Special Needs
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
