We're looking for an Outbound Sales person .

The right candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customer via telephone and emails to cross-sell, upsell and schedule pending estimates.
• Call potential customers that are generated by external lead sources
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Answer new and existing customers' questions and sending additional information per email
• Keep up with product and service information and updates
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, accounts, and appointments
• Maintain corporate database by entering new customer data and update changes to an existing account
• Ability to overcome objections of prospective customers
• Close sales and achieve sales target

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree Preferred, High School Diploma or GED Required
• Proven customer service experience
• Proven sales experience preferred
• Solutions oriented mindset to successful close customer sales
• Proven track record of over-achieving related to business key performance indicators (KPI's)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to handle phone calls successfully and display active listening skills
• Familiar with computer functionality
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends
• Team Oriented
• Ability to multitask, priortize and manage time effectively
• Possess higher level thinking skills, ability to follow a set process. Strategis thinker mindset
• Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check
