We are seeking individuals who can service calls/accounts, professionally respond to inquiries, and create a positive experience for the customer. We handle 1st party, early delinquency accounts for a major US bank! This position offers growth opportunity in a global company, office experience, and development of your customer service skills with one of the top banks in the country!

We offer to our employees:

• Hourly rate- $19.00 an hour
• 90 day merit increase based on attendance and performance
• Paid training- 10am-7pm M-F
• Day shift! M-F 10am-7pm + 1 Saturday a month

Basic Purpose and Function:

The Account Representative will contact customers to analyze customer needs, negotiate payment arrangements, and offer payment solutions and alternatives.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze a customer’s financial situation and offer the best payment solutions to meet customer needs and bank objectives.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Perform consistently to meet performance metrics.
• Adhere to compliance regulations and security policies.
• Comply with Federal and State laws.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months customer service or sales experience, with a strong track record of customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Consistent, stable work history
• Basic computer skills, strong typing skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Diligent and self-motivated
• Positive and professional attitude, high work standards, dependability
• Able to handle confidential information
