Community Relations Manager - Entry Level
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Community Relations Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll represent nonprofit partners, support local outreach programs, and help strengthen community relationships—all while gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and career growth opportunities .
Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit partners at events, fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community members
Communicate campaign messages and guide community involvement
Support event planning and ensure outreach goals are met
Track engagement metrics and provide feedback to optimize initiatives
Collaborate with the team to create a positive, energetic environment
Qualifications
18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Friendly, outgoing, and confident engaging with people from all backgrounds
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Passionate about community work, nonprofits, and helping others
