Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will also support access control and interact professionally with employees and visitors, delivering strong customer service. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:
DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to post orders.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, loading and receiving zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and note unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, deliveries, and/or contractors in accordance with location procedures.
- Support facility operations by communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters that may impact daily operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
