Office Assistant (PART-TIME)
Location: Charlottesville, Virginia

As Office Assistant for Piedmont Facilities Management (PFM), your key responsibilities will be to:
- Assist the Office Manager
- Answer Company phone
- Acquire and manage charge account cards
- Reconcile monthly statements
- Data entry (subcontractor invoices & material receipts into billing system)
- Manage client & subcontractor contact information, including account numbers, passwords, and door codes.
- Print and send invoices, communicating with clients to expedite payments
- Provide regularly scheduled reports
- Know and follow PFM’s Company Values
The work schedule is Monday through Friday with flexible schedule. 20-30 hours per week.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or related area
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Outlook
- Experience in accounting software (such as Sage Service Management or QuickBooks)
- Proficient in use of business machines (such as copiers, adding machines)
- Associates degree in Business, Accounting or related field is preferred
- Must complete a pre-employment drug test and background check
