Printer Service Technician
Ricoh is looking for a Printer Service Technician in the Fredericksburg, VA area!
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hrs/week)
- Competitive hourly pay + mileage reimbursement.
- Personal vehicle + valid driver's license is required.
What does this position entail?
- Handle service calls and fix issues on commercial/industrial printers.
- Install and set up Ricoh equipment for customers.
- Troubleshoot technical problems on‑site.
- Give customers quick training on how to use the equipment.
- Help customers improve their workflows and get more out of their devices.
- Manage your own daily schedule and routes.
- Keep track of inventory, parts, and tools.
- Document your work and service details accurately.
- Build good relationships with customers and be their go‑to support person.
- Meet performance goals and keep service quality high.
