• Diagnose the un-diagnosable and document it in plain English.
• Execute repairs that hold up long after the invoice is paid.
• Help our junior techs level up so the whole shop gets faster.
• Treat every customer conversation like it’s your neighbor asking for advice.

The Package:

• Compensation : Ability to earn over $100,000 annually!
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (your weekends are yours).

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• A1-A8 ASE certifications (or at least most of them); L1 or EV certifications are a big plus.
• Clean driving record and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• With a zero-drama mindset, we solve problems, not create them.

Nice-to-Haves:

• EV/hybrid diagnostic experience.
• Prior mentorship or shop foreman experience.
• Virginia State Inspection License.
• A sense of humor when the 10 mm goes missing (again).
