Pastor of Praise and Worship– Now Hiring Franklin Heights Church is a vibrant, multi-site, multi-generational church located in beautiful Franklin County, Virginia. Every week, nearly 2,000 people gather across our five campuses to worship, grow, and serve—experiencing the powerful work of God in our community and beyond. We are passionately committed to being a SENT church. Through our FHC Network, we are planting and revitalizing churches locally and globally and are ranked among the top 20 in the nation in giving to missions through the North American Mission Board. Praise and worship are critical components in our relationship with God and our mission as a SENT church.

We are currently seeking a full-time Pastor of Praise and Worship to lead this ministry.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead a comprehensive music ministry. Plan, coordinate, and lead all church worship services and special worship events, in conjunction with the Senior Pastor. Provide pastoral care for members of the music ministry, including visitation, grief ministry, and counseling. Coordinate a program of publicity and marketing for the music ministry.

What We’re Looking For: A passionate follower of Jesus with a heart for ministry. A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Music Ministry experience required.
