You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule meetings, and assist us with other operations as needed. $14 - $16 hourly

• Assisting customers at the front desk
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Tuning ukuleles and guitars
• Light cleaning of the music store
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the storefront
• Scheduling abilities
• Be able to work Saturdays and Sundays

• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must have graduated from high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
• Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position is a bonus
• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills

The owners are always there to help students and parents when needed, help the teachers in any way possible, as well as help the staff continue to learn and grow.
