Pay: $27/hr. | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Interiors Manager / Maintenance Supervisor to support interior renovation and capital improvement projects within multifamily apartment communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience coordinating renovations from start to finish.

• Oversee daily interior renovation projects and serve as the on-site construction lead.
• Coordinate apartment renovations, capital improvement projects, and common area upgrades.
• Manage construction materials, inventory, and overall job site organization.
• Track project schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, and construction progress.
• Conduct property walks, assess repair needs, and assist with project cost estimates.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors while ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and site cleanliness.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce overall project costs.
• Support contractor onboarding and promote a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and according to company standards.

• Minimum 2 years of construction experience , preferably in multifamily housing or residential renovation projects.
• Proven experience leading construction crews and managing projects through completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and project sequencing.
• Excellent project coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience monitoring project budgets and schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project .
• Strong communication skills with contractors, vendors, residents, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
