The facility operates 4 anesthesia rooms under an MD supervised model where anesthesiologists provide supervision while also performing their own cases. The hospital maintains modern anesthesia capabilities and utilizes Epic charting systems to ensure efficient documentation and patient management.

Williamsburg serves as a historic destination centered around Colonial Williamsburg, an expansive open-air museum featuring carriage rides, historical reenactments, and period craft demonstrations including blacksmith shops. The clinician will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during 10-hour day shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment managing General Surgery, Orthopedics, and Endoscopy cases. The clinician will work under MD supervision in a 4:1 ratio across 4 anesthesia rooms utilizing Epic charting systems for documentation. The position includes heavy orthopedic, endoscopy, urology, general surgery, and some adult ENT cases with no call requirements. MDs supervise CRNAs while also performing their own cases in this collaborative model. Board certification is required with a 90-day privileging timeframe for this urgent coverage need.
