Discover an opportunity to join a pediatric-focused pathology program in Coastal Virginia. Childrens Specialty Group (CSG), in partnership with Childrens Hospital of The Kings Daughters (CHKD) and Old Dominion University, is seeking a board-certified AP/CP Pathologist to join an established and collaborative team.

This position is based within a childrens hospital and will focus primarily on pediatric pathology. The team is open to both fellowship-trained pediatric pathologists and general pathologists with interest or experience in pediatric cases.

* Approximately 3,000 surgical specimens annually, including oncology cases, GI biopsies, and bone marrow work
* Balanced call structure (approximately 1:4), with shared responsibilities across the team
* Team-based environment with no solo coverage and consistent support in both surgical and clinical settings
* Flexible scheduling model designed to adapt to physician needs and promote long-term sustainability
* Strong focus on quality care and manageable workload, not high-volume production expectations
