Director of Pricing Support

National nonprofit in northern Virginia hiring a Director of Pricing with deep federal industry knowledge. Reporting to the Senior Director and managing a team of 5-6, this role is a key leadership, workflow management, and internal/external stakeholder management position. Requirements: 10 years in Federal contract and subcontract administration/pricing analysis. 6 years of leadership experience. Hybrid opportunity, on site 3 days a week - parking is covered for employees, metro subsidy available. Responsibilities

• Pricing & Analysis: Proficiency in proposal analysis techniques (FAR Part 15), market research practices, and cost-plus price development, including indirect rates.
• Change Management: Must possess the diplomatic skills to implement changes, such as shifting from manual to automated data and analytics processes, without causing friction with long-term staff.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the Senior Director and lead high-level meetings.
• Technical/Certifications: Experience with Oracle a major plus. NCMA Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or NCMA Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) preferred.
