Customer Account Representative
We are hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to open new customer accounts with care and precision. In this role, you’ll be the go-to sales contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for additional value. If you’re great at follow-through and enjoy supporting long-term customer relationships, this may be a great fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day and face-to-face customer interactions
Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities through consultative conversations
Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the account lifecycle
What You Bring:
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying customer-focused
Experience in account management or customer service is preferred
Proficiency with basic digital tools (CRM, email, data entry)
