Job Description:

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist with organizing and categorizing a large volume of physical records. This role involves reviewing, sorting, and filing documents while maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review incoming files and determine appropriate organization methods
• Sort and categorize a high volume of documents with accuracy
• File records according to established systems and guidelines
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workspace
• Handle and move boxes as needed to support the project
• Ensure all documents are properly labeled and stored
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
• Take initiative and assist with general project needs as they arise

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with filing, records management, or data entry preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment
• Comfortable with light physical activity, including lifting and moving boxes
• Reliable and able to complete the assignment within the project timeline
