- Oversee day-to-day operations of approximately 8 affordable housing properties
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC and Project-Based Section 8 regulations and requirements
- Supervise on-site property teams and provide leadership, training, and support
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to drive occupancy
- Monitor occupancy rates and implement action plans to improve performance
- Conduct regular property visits and inspections as needed
- Ensure properties are operating efficiently and in compliance with company standards
- Travel between properties as required
- Minimum of 5 years of Regional Manager experience in property management
- Strong experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) and Project-Based Section 8 housing
- Proven background in marketing and leasing strategies for affordable housing communities
- Demonstrated success in improving and maintaining occupancy levels
- Ability to travel between multiple property sites as needed
- Must reside in or near the Richmond, VA area
