**Sr Advanced Software Engineer for Tridium, Inc. (Richmond, VA)** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Work with a team in designing, developing, and implementing scalable software solutions that align with organizational goals. + Serve as the functional manager for the Niagara Cloud Suite backend services. + Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, mentoring team members, leading Agile ceremonies, participating in strategic planning, ensuring adherence to coding standards through code reviews, engaging with stakeholders to refine project requirements, managing project risks, and directing the implementation and maintenance of backend cloud services. **YOU MUST HAVE:** + Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field, and 8 years of software development and leadership experience. + Must have 5 years of experience with the following: strong knowledge of Agile methodologies; proficiency in Java; Spring Boot; JavaScript; React development; Microsoft Azure; solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices. + Up to 5% domestic and international required. + Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** + Job Site: Richmond, VA + 40 hours/week + Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500 + If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
