About the Role:

North Point Senior Homecare is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Nurse Aides (NA), Personal Care Aides (PCA), and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our growing team in Virginia Beach, VA. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervising staff
• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional needs
• Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current CNA, NA, PCA, or HHA certification or registration in Virginia
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a similar caregiving setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Virginia Beach area
• Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
