Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Dumfries, VA (In-Home - Afternoon Shifts)
Schedule: Part-Time | Afternoon Availability Required

Pay: $25-$30 per hour

Flywheel Centers is looking for patient, dependable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work afternoon shifts in-home with children diagnosed with autism in Dumfries, VA, and surrounding neighborhoods. You'll work 1:1 with a child, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help them build meaningful, real-life skills.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the child's home

• Follow a personalized treatment plan developed by a BCBA

• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills

• Track session data and report progress to the clinical team

• Foster a safe, consistent, and encouraging environment

• Flexible, part-time hours in the afternoon

• Competitive pay starting at $25 per hour

• Free 40-hour RBT training (if not already certified)

• A supportive clinical team that values your contribution

• High school diploma or GED

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation to in-home sessions

• Experience working with children (required)

• Experience with ABA is a plus, but we'll train the right person!

• Passionate about working with children
