Will work around Locum availability as much as possible. Must be able to cover at least one stint per month.Job Details:Reason for Coverage:coverage while credentialing new providers – will be ongoing needPractice Setting:InpatientAverage Number of Patients Per Day:13 avg; can range from 1-20Documentation System/EMR:EPICProcedures:able to place CVLs, HD caths, and arterial linesPatient Age Demographic:AdultAPP will be Working Autonomously.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Vent management with assistance of RTsmonitoring of admitting critical care patients / availability to assist with decompensating patients overnightAdmitting new critical care patients from the ED, hospital floor, and several surrounding hospitalsProcedures such as central lines, arterial lines, and dialysis cathetersUpdating family/ goals of care when patients decompensate overnightEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2-4 weeksFacility Reimbursement for the Following Costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate~Hotel maximum $150/night~Car/Uber maximum $50/dayAll other bookings must be standard/economy
