Job Summary:
Alluvionic is seeking a Vehicle Fleet Operations Specialist to support the Management Services Division (MSD) – Fleet section of the United States Marshals Service (USMS). The incumbent will be involved in scheduling maintenance, assigning vehicles to drivers, monitoring fuel usage, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and aiming to minimize costs and maximize vehicle uptime.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports that provide statistical analyses and narratives on vehicle assignments, replacement and/or sales, fuel usage, maintenance and repairs, and vehicle assignments to staff.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify more efficient and effective methods for accomplishing program objectives, as statutes and policies require.
• Compose and review briefings, reports, and other types of correspondence for accuracy, continuity, and content.
• Brief management on recommended solutions to program-related issues.
• Assist in establishing administrative procedures for specific programs (i.e., fleet management, financial management.)
• Work in groups/teams on special projects to accomplish program goals.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in the operations of fleet management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications :

• Prior Rental Car Operations/Management or GSA Fleet Management experience
