**Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited university.- Over 8 years of relevant experience in diverse sectors, such as K-12, commercial, and municipal markets.
- Proficient in modern versions of AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) licensure in Virginia is required; LEED Accreditation is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in design and construction administration for various markets.
